This file is to explain how to extract the elastic constant from the data obtained by the script in.elastic_NVT_Shear.
The script consists into applying a uniform strain rate. for each strain value we have one strain loop.
For each Strain loop, you have to skip the transitory phase and take the average over the time for that strain, and that should give you one stress tensor that correspond to one strain value.
Plot the stress vs the strain and you will get the elastic constants.
