​i don't have the time to review papers on other people's research. but if this paper describes the method, than you have the answer to your question within your grasp: simply compare the methodology applied in this paper to the features of LAMMPS described in its manual, and you can figure out yourself, whether LAMMPS is capable of running the simulations you are looking for.

since this seems quite exotic, it is unlikely that anybody will provide you with a ready-to-use input. you'll have to work this out for yourself.
